Burt Sr., Mitchell Cecil Age 75 Of Brierfield, passed away peacefully in his sleep on October 8th, 2017. Preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Ann Burt. Survived by his two sons, Phillip and Mitchell; grandkids, Evan Taylor, Joshua Jones, Darron, Michelle, Melaine Headley, Micheal, Robert Walker, and Elizabeth Walker; great-grandkids, Issac Gentry, Jase Jones, Jennifer, and Sophia Marie Headley. Visitation will be held on Fri. 10/13 at Mitchell Burt Sr.’s home, 375 Pleasant Valley Farms Road, Brierfield from 12pm – 8pm. Graveside servive to be held Sat. 10/14 at 11am at Pondville United Methodist Church Cemetery on Bibb County 16 just south of Mayfield Loop. Arrangements by Rockco Funeral Home Montevallo.
