Rebecca was born on January 3, 1958, in Chattanooga, TN. She graduated from Samford University with a degree in Nursing in 1980. She held various nursing positions throughout her career and would later earn an MBA from Belmont University. She was a long-time member of First Baptist Church in Hendersonville, TN. More recently she was a member of RIverside Baptist in Helena, AL.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Minnie Kate Scott; sister Mary Ellen Lane; and brother Robert "Bob" Alfred Scott.
Rebecca is survived by her son Robert "Robbie" Webster(Dana); her brother Tim Scott(Lee); nephew, Jim Scott(Melissa); and niece, Ellen Kowalczyk(Adam). She is also survived by her two grandchildren. Additionally, she is survived by 2 great nieces and 2 great nephews.
