Rosalea was a dedicated homemaker and raised seven children. She was Mom to several, Grandma to many and Grandma-Rose to a few. Her love and dedication to raising her seven children was unmatched. Rosalea was always well put together with a beautiful smile. She enjoyed asking Alexa to provide her with the joke of the day and loved to tell her favorite “Knock Knock” jokes to everyone. She enjoyed listening to music and loved to dance, specifically swing dance with her brother Ray. Her favorite song was John Gary’s “Grenada” and she enjoyed listening to Alan Jackson’s gospel music.
She is survived by her two sons, Ralph E. “Butch” Kramer, Jr. (Judy) and James Kramer (Lynette); two daughters, Peggy Grimes and Karen Kramer; grandchildren, Christy Fenn (Trevor), Jamie Salmon (Elizabeth), Nicole E Kelleher (Christopher) , Stacey Grimes, Melissa Gibson (Heath), Keight Kramer, Billy Matthews (Jordan), Amanda Carnehl (Mark), Andrew Kramer (Shannon), Matthew Kramer, and George; and a host of great-grandchildren and other “family members”.
Rosalea was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ralph E. Kramer, Sr.; children, Roseann Emery, Darlene Kramer, and John Kramer; and her parents.
The family will have a private graveside service.
Rose would love for everyone to listen to “In the Garden” (Elvis version, obviously) as it brought her great peace and joy. This would be a fitting tribute for Rose, making you a ‘Werm, Wonerful, Purson’.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.rockcofuneralmontevallo.com for the Kramer family.
