Ryan Heith Harris, age 30, of Calera, died on April 21, 2017. He attended Calera High School. He was an avid Alabama fan, and was a loving father of two. He will be missed tremendously. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lestina Taylor; grandparents, Lester and Katherine Taylor. He died along with his grandmother, Carolyn Tucker. Ryan is survived by his children, Kayden and Jaxson Harris; father, Rodney Harris; sister, Alicia Benton (Kelvin); niece, Baylee Benton; nephew, Jayden Benton; grandfather, Ronnie Harris; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services for he and his grandmother will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 12:00 PM at Rockco Funeral Home (Montevallo), with burial to follow at Salem Cemetery in Calera. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service. Bro. Jack Spinks will officiate. In lieu of flowers, an account has been set up in the name of Ryan Harris at Central State Bank for his and his grandmother's expenses. Any money raised above the cost of the services will be used for Ryan's children's future educations.
