Wilma was preceded in death by her husband of 24 years, Edward Troutt.
She is survived by her daughters, Christy Ward, Teresa Webb; grandchildren, Justin Davis, Amber Davis, Joey Ward, Tucker Ward and Sally Ward; and her great-grandchild, Lilly Ann Domingue.
Per the wishes of the family the services for Wilma Lou Webb are private.
