URQUHART, Ann Mathis, 71, died Tuesday, April 18, 2017, after an extended illness. Visitation will be held Saturday, April 22, 2017, at 10 AM, at Leak Memory Chapel, followed by her Funeral Service at 11 AM, with Minister Doug Smith officiating. Entombment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Joyce Cook and Helen Houghton. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Urquhart; her children, April Cannon (Mark), Daniel Urquhart (Mara), & Wesley Urquhart (Karen); her grandchildren, Kristin McDonald, Cash Cannon, Ryan Lashley, Colten Lashley, Teagen Lashley, Emily Urquhart, & William Urquhart; her great-granddaughter, Hadley McDonald; and her brother, Randall Mathis. Pallbearers are Dean Sanders, Joe Blazer, Mike Moody, David Wingard, John Kachelman and Jeff Hatcher. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Mount Dora's Childrens Home.
