
She was preceded in death by her husband (Rudy) of 52 years and parents: William F. Scoggins and Jean Stanfield Scoggins.
She was born in Lindale, GA, attended Berry College in Rome, GA, and found her way to Montgomery, AL, where she met her future husband at the Lutheran Church of the Epiphany. Rudy and Ann raised two boys and shuttled them around the state for soccer. Throughout her life she enjoyed sewing and shared her talent by teaching others to sew at a local sewing machine dealer and Hancock Fabrics. Ann eventually picked up knitting too. She made many gifts for family and friends both knit and sewn, but all made with love.
A caring sister, supportive wife, patient mother, and loving grandmother, Ann survived by her sons Rudolph M. Ohme III (Laura) of Huntsville and Corey Duncan Ohme (Joy) of Montgomery; granddaughters Camilla, Ana, and Caroline; sister Deborah Lowe of Rome Georgia.
