

Beatrice Agnes Rambo, age 91, of Montgomery, Alabama passed away on Friday, December 31, 2021. Beatrice was born October 15, 1930 to Frank and Grace Tenbusch in Michigan. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert "Bob" Rambo; her siblings, Art Tenbusch, Melvin Tenbusch, Marion Tenbusch, Francis Rubery, Deloris and Doris Tenbusch. Mrs. Rambo is survived by her sister Lois Weiss; her children, Steven (Nancy) Rambo, Sheryl Turner, John (Kris) Rambo, Linda (Tommy) Gunn, and James (Ashley) Rambo; her grandchildren, Jarrett (Ashley) Turner, Joshua Rambo, Julie (John) Phipps, Amanda (Jason) Beck, Robert Daniel Rambo, Tommy Gunn Jr., Ethan (Halyn) Gunn; and her great grandchildren, Christopher Goodner, Collins Turner, Britton Phipps, Lennon Phipps, John Everett Phipps, Clara Beck, Falynn Beck, and Nora Gunn. A Michigander who grew up around the Great Lakes, she enjoyed the water and even enlisted in the Navy where she met her husband. A devout Catholic, Mrs. Rambo was active in St. Bede's Catholic church bringing up her children as good Catholics. She loved Bingo, Braves baseball, watching EWTN and Hallmark channel, bowling, ice skating and all kinds of flowers-especially roses, but most of all, she loved her family.
A family and friends visitation for Beatrice will be held Monday, January 3, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at White Chapel-Greenwood Funeral Home, 909 Lincoln Road, Montgomery, Alabama 36109. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 12:00 pm at St. Bede's Catholic Church, Atlanta Hwy., Montgomery, AL followed by a burial at Greenwood cemetery. Pall bearers will be Jarrett Turner, Joshua Rambo and Robert Daniel Rambo. The family would like to express their gratitude for the care given by the staff of Prattville Health and Rehabilitation. While flowers are appreciated, memorials may be sent to St. Bede Catholic Church.
