Benjamin Daniel Evans, born on May 22, 1998, passed away on December 15, 2025, at the age of 27. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Frank R. Evans. He is survived by his parents, Tom and Cheryl Evans; his sister Tabitha Evans; and his brothers, Troup Booth and William Evans; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Benjamin lived in Montgomery, Alabama and attended Young Medows Presbyterian Church. His interest included University of Alabama sports, especially football, and politics. He lived with Duchenne muscular dystrophy and showed incredible strength and resilience throughout his life. Despite the challenges he faced, he left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him and was deeply loved by his family and friends.
He never complained about his situation. He constantly reminded us to appreciate the little things, and he was the bravest person we've ever known. We hope you're running around freely in heaven now with plenty of chicken tenders, sweet tea and Alabama football. We love you always.
Thank you to everyone who has supported and loved him throughout his life and during this incredibly difficult time.
Memorial Donations may be made to Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy.
