Betty Jean Steagall, age 89, died on Monday, October 4, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Maxine and Lonnie Grier; her husbands, Raymond Howard and Bob Steagall; sisters Eloise Beynon and Bernice Rutherford. She is survived by two daughters, Deborah Howard Krieger and Patricia Howard Ward (Jim); brother, Lonnie Grier (Barbara) and four grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
