Billie is survived by son Joshua Brooks; mother Patricia Wales; brother Eldon Tallant Jr (Buckshot) (Gena) and sister Mary Ann Robel (David); nephew Hunter Johnson.
Billie was preceded in death by father Eldon Tallant.
Billie worked for the state of Alabama for 30 plus years, she was an avid animal lover and was truly loved by her constant companion Rufus her dog. She shared many special relationships with numerous friends and leaves to cherish her memories a host of cousins.
