STEPHENS, Billy Jack, 69, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2016. He had retired from the City of Montgomery after 30 years of service, and was preceded in death by his wife, Flora Gayle (Hall) Stephens, and his parents, John and Polly Weaver. Survivors include his four grandchildren, Chad (Jessica) Hall, Dylan and Brianna Sayer, and Ruthann Goodwin; children, William and Michael Hall, Ann (Justin) Logan, and Amanda Sayer; siblings, Tim (Delores), Elizabeth, John, Mike (Carrie), and Mary (Dave). His Graveside Service will be held Wednesday, June 29, 2016, at 11 AM, at Montgomery Memorial Cemetery.
