Holland, Bonnie Lou of Montgomery died peacefully at home on January 16, 2021. Born in Kansas in 1929 to the late William Tierperman and Lorena (nee Alpers). Beloved wife for 66 years of the late Edward Charles Holland, Jr., loving mother of Edward C. (Roxanne) Holland, III, Pamela (Jim) Morris, Penelope Mullen, and Denise (Eric) Gibson; grandmother of Jamie (Nick), Scott (Amy), Becca, Pat (Jenn), Katie (Shaun), Brian (Robin), Bridget (Jeff), Janie, Holland (Jessie) and Sullivan; step-grandmother of Leah (Danny) and proud great-grandmother of eight. Bonnie graduated from William Woods University; followed her husband to Ohio, to the island of Aruba, to Decatur, Alabama, before settling in St Louis for 51 years. Bonnie and Ed moved to Montgomery to live with their son in 2016. They traveled extensively and loved each other deeply. They especially loved spending winters in Aruba where Bonnie was fondly known as the "Mayor" of Eagle Beach. We will long remember her love for family and are grateful that she is once again reunited with Ed.
