Chuck is survived by his wife of 38 years, Margie D. Lambert, son, Bryan Patrick Lambert of Pike Road, his aunt Geraldine P. Smith of Marietta, Ga. and his cousins.
He was very well known and respected in the trucking and heavy equipment industry for over 30 years, having retired from Thompson Tractor Company in 2007 due to health reasons. He was an avid bowler and a director in the Central Alabama Association of the USBC.
The family will receive friends Thursday, July 19, 2018 from 6 until 8 pm at White Chapel-Greenwood Funeral Home. There will be a Celebration of Life Service at 11 am, Friday, July 20, 2018 at White Chapel with Chaplain Bill Lamkin officiating.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Montgomery Cancer Center, 4145 Carmichael Rd., Montgomery, AL 36106.
