Bill and I have many fond memories of Charles as a kind loving friend and fellow classmate at Lee High School.

Charles is survived by his wife of 53 years, Dianne B. Mills; daughters, Jennifer Wilson and Michelle Click (Nathan); son, Robert Mills (Mandy); sister, Olivia Dansby (Earl); grandchildren, Sarah Click, Sam Click, Sawyer Click, Emily Wilson, Abigail Wilson and Numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles A. Mills and Frances D. Mills and a nephew, Patrick Dansby.
