Charlotte Carolyn (Waller) Mason

A native of Jacksonville, Florida, she was born on July 25, 1924. She lived a majority of her adult life in Montgomery, Alabama.

She is preceded in death by her husband, V.L. "Buck" Mason and her son Robert Winston "Bob" Mason. Charlotte is survived by her son David Lawrence Mason, his children, Charlotte, Elizabeth, Mary Margaret, Carrie Anna, Catherine, and their mother, Janice Mason of Safety Harbor, Florida; and her daughter Susan Kocher Long (lrl) of Pike Road, Alabama. Susan was previously married to the late John Kocher, father of John Mason Kocher (Alex) and Caroline Kocher Dana (Addison). Surviving also are her great-grandchildren Elizabeth Anne Kocher, Susan Grace Kocher Johnson (Ben), Addison Albright Dana II, John Bankston Dana, and Charlotte Elizabeth Dana.

Charlotte was a faithful member of First Baptist Church for over 70 years. She was also active in several civic and community organizations.

A Friends and Family Visitation will be held at White Chapel-Greenwood Funeral Home, 909 Lincoln Road, Montgomery, Alabama 36109, on June 26, 2026, at 12:00 pm followed by a Graveside Service at Greenwood Serenity Memorial Gardens, 909 Lincoln Road, Montgomery, Alabama 36109, on June 26, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
