Christina Dowd Hutchens

She is survived by Jeremy, her husband of over 20 years, her daughter Lillian, and son Ethan. Other surviving family members include her parents, Chris and Teresa Dowd, mother-in-law Fay Cook, brother and sisters, Karen, Robert (Alexandra), Tonya (John) Thompson, nieces Kimberly, Ashlyn, and Samantha, as well as a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

She had an infectious personality and was a friend to anyone she met. She treasured her family and embraced every moment with them. Christina loved arts and crafts, cooking, and gardening, often sharing those talents to bring cheer to others.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held in the Camellia - Jefferson Room at Leak Memory Chapel at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2022. There will be no visitation prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to Ronald McDonald House Charities in Christina’s honor.
