Clarence T. Phillips, 80, passed away at his home Wednesday morning, August 22, 2012 after a long battle with cancer. He was preceded in death by his daughter Kathryn Shambo. Survivors include his wife Helen T. Phillips; Granddaughter April Shambo; and Son-in-law Ronnie Shambo. Funeral services will be Friday, August 24, 2012 at Pine Level Methodist Church with Rev. Dave Kirby officiating. Visitation will begin at 1 pm. Interment will follow at Hills Chapel Cemetery.
