Craig Barton Blake, 60, of Montgomery AL went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 24, 2021. Craig was born September 13, 1961. He was a lifelong member of Highland Gardens Baptist Church. Craig was a familiar face to those who used the Emerald Mountain Toll Bridge having worked the night shift there for the past 11 years. His passions were playing the bass guitar, being in a band and trains. He was the kind of true friend who gave to others before himself. Craig is survived by his mother Elois McGlamry Blake, brothers Kevin (Amylynne) and Todd (Julie) and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Madison Moss Blake Jr, grandparents Madison and Gladys Blake and Samuel and Rosa McGlamry, and numerous aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 10:45-11:45 at Leak Memory Chapel. A graveside service will follow at noon at Greenwood Serenity Memorial Gardens in Montgomery.
