Cindy is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Kenneth Fulton and Anita Jean Barnes Fulton; and her sister Shirley Fulton Crumley.
She is survived by her son Paul Tullo (Vanessa), grandson Jordan Tullo, granddaughter Baylie Tullo, of Montgomery, AL; her brothers Kenneth Fulton, of Prattville, AL and James Fulton (Hayden), of Great Falls, MT; and her beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Frazer United Methodist Church, 6000 Atlanta Highway, Montgomery, AL 36117.
