Dear Mary, You and Jack were a rare pair -- a perfect example of "two peas in a pod." Jack was a wonderful friend, mentor and advocate to Rock for many years. We hope and pray that the memories of your 59 years together and knowing how many, many people admired and respected Jack will help ease your loss.
With our deep and sincere sympathies to you and your family.

Uncle Jack is at peace and enjoying his new healthy, heavenly body. He is praising our Savior and enjoying seeing family and friends that have eagerly been waiting for his arrival. He has asked God to give Aunt Mary, Amy and Mike comfort and strength until they meet again. You all are in my prayers.

Mary, I am so glad I was able to talk with you on the phone. What you said about Jack is right on and you may not realize it but the Lord gave you the strength and resilience to be a good caregiver long ago. I believe Jack will hear the words "well done, good and faithful servant" (Matt.25:23) We love you and may the Lord, through the Holy Spirit, continue to comfort you.
