Donald Malcolm Alldredge

Born on March 27, 1942, Don lived a life of quiet strength, faith, unwavering integrity, and deep devotion to his family. He had a kind heart, a generous spirit, and a gift for making others feel seen and valued. Don was a proud veteran of the United States Army and he also faithfully served the Lord at Frazer Church. His warmth and wisdom left a lasting mark on all who knew him.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Susan, whose love and companionship were a constant in his later years. Don is lovingly remembered by his children, Ginna Stewart and her husband Eldridge, and David Alldredge and his wife Brandi. He was also a cherished stepfather to Matt DeBoer, Taylor DeBoer and his wife Paige, and Brooke Resende and her husband Bruno. He is also survived by his brother Enis and his wife Karen, his sister Nell Quinn, and a host of nieces and nephews who will miss his steady presence and kind encouragement.

Don, or Papa, held his grandchildren—Caleb, John, Brandon, Susana, and Michael—in heartfelt reverence. They were his pride and joy, and he delighted in watching them grow.

Don was preceded in death by his first wife, Ginny; his beloved son, Donny; and his parents, Enis and Opal Alldredge. Though gone before him, their memory remained alive in his heart throughout his life.

A life rooted in love, loyalty, and quiet faith, Don’s legacy lives on in the family he nurtured, the values he embodied, and the lives he touched. He will be dearly missed and forever remembered.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 10:30 AM at Frazer Church following the visitation at 10:00 AM, along with a private burial at the family cemetery.
