A visitation for Mr. Brannan will be held Friday, January 3, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Leak Memory Chapel. A funeral service will occur Saturday, January 4, 2020 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Leak Memory Chapel. Don is survived by his wife, Dixie Brannan; son Paul (Charlene) Brannan; daughter Reba Brannan; sister, Jan (James) Hilyer; brother E R (Louise) Brannan; and grandchild Stacy Brannan.
With a masters degree in Mathematics from Auburn University and a career as a computer programmer with the State of Alabama, Mr. Brannan enjoyed photography and people. But Don's real passion was fulfilled as he served the members of Eastern Meadows Church of Christ within the role of elder. The family is extremely grateful for the role of Right at Home Caregiver, Danielle Stein.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Don's memory may be made to Eastern Meadows Church of Christ, Montgomery, Alabama.
