Keith was born in Montgomery, Alabama, to Martha and Ladon Green. He graduated from Lee High in 1979 and AUM in 1983. He received his Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering from UAB in 1985. In 1989 Keith received his Doctorate from the UAB School of Medicine. He completed his Residency with University of Florida in 1994. Keith practiced OBGYN for over 20 years in Montgomery.
He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Beth, his children, Daniel and Sarah, parents, Martha and Ladon Green, brother, Ken (Pam) Green, niece, Hannah Green and nephew, Jon Green.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 28 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Leak Memory Chapel.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, March 29 at 11:30 at First Baptist Church of Montgomery with pastor Jay Wolf officiating.
