Dorothy P. Hubert

Dorothy P. Hubert, age 97, of Montgomery, Alabama passed away on Friday, October 29, 2021. Dorothy was born September 19, 1924 to Thaddie Pickron and Lela Norton Pickron. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60+ years, Wallace Hubert; her parents; her sisters Doris Hayles and Betty Mason. Dorothy is survived by her children Kenneth Hubert, Robert "Bob" Hubert and Rebecca "Becky" Hubert; her sister Nell Hadley and brothers Bobby Pickron and Charles Pickron.

Mrs. Hubert worked as a secretary for many years within the engineering department of the city of Montgomery. A devoted mother who always put her family first, she enjoyed dancing with her husband and doting over her children.

A visitation for Mrs. Hubert will be held Thursday, November 4, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Leak Memory Chapel, 945 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, Alabama 36109, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Services will conclude with a burial in Greenwood Serenity Memorial Gardens.
