MURPHY, Edith Young Myers, 82, of Atmore, AL, passed away on Sunday, March 07, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husbands Claud Myers and J.Z. Murphy, one son, Frelon Myers, and a daughter, Ruby Jean Myers Booker. She is survived by one daughter, Deborah (John) Myers Bange, Perdido, AL; two sons, Otis V. (Shirley) Myers, LaVernia, TX; Dewayne Myers, Stapleton, AL; one sister, Pearl Young Gladwell, Evergreen, AL; seven grand children, Paul Booker, Montgomery, AL; Brenda B (Amos) Turner, McKenzie, AL; Adam Myers, Live Oak, TX; Michelle Myers, ,TX; Heather McClary, Bay Minette, AL; John Wesley Bange and Ashley Bange, Perdido, AL; two great grandchildren, Madison and Taylor Turner. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 from Elizabeth Primitive Baptist Church, McKenzie, AL with Elders Wesley Littles and Rex Tolbert officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The body will lie instate at the church one hour prior to service. Visitation will be held at Eastside Funeral Home, Atmore, AL on Tuesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
