Elisa Anchuleta Hargrove

Mrs. Elisa Archuleta Hargrove, 93, who resided in Montgomery, AL. went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Orchard Healthcare. She is preceded in death by her parents: John and Cliofas Archuleta, her husband: William O. Hargrove and their son: William John Hargrove. She is survived by her children: Marolyn H. (Robert) Morrow and James Fort (Gay) Hargrove, grandchildren: William Robbie Morrow, William Peyton (Katie) Hargrove, James Whiting (Elizabeth) Hargrove and Mary Christian (Trae) Hamm and four great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Monday, August 7, 2017 at 2:00pm in the chapel of White Chapel-Greenwood Funeral Home with a public visitation one hour prior to service. Burial will follow immediately in Greenwood Cemetery. Pastor Gary Burton will be officiating. The active pallbearers will be: Robbie Morrow, Peyton Hargrove, Whiting Hargrove, Trae Hamm, Frank Ellis and Dee Bennett. The honorary pallbearers will be the Deacons of Pintlala Baptist Church. Mrs. Hargrove was a loving christian wife, mother and grandmother who always enjoyed working with young people and a second mother to many of her children's friends. She also enjoyed Elvis Presley and gospel / church music. Contribution can be made in Elisa's name to Pintlala Baptist Church.
