Frances Evelyn Nickols, age 81, of Montgomery, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2024.
In memory of our beloved mother, born on August 20, 1942 in Easley, South Carolina to Charles and Margie Lesley. Frances was a loving, caring, and hardworking woman who was devoted and committed to her children and grandchildren. She retired after working for 41 years at the Montgomery Housing Authority. Frances is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Samuel J. and Sabine Palmer of Mobile, AL. Her son, John E. Palmer of Shelby, AL. Her daughter, Tanya Lynn Evans and her children Cody Ison and Ellie Evans of Coppell, TX. Her sister Linda Leverett and her husband Bobby and several nieces and nephews.
