Carter, Francis A. (Frank), age 93, went home to be with the Lord on Stptember 23, 2013. He was born on December 25, 1919. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter & Marjorie Carter, his wife, Catherine Carter, and brothers, Stanley and Howard Carter. He is survived by his son, Stanley Carter; daughter, Debbie (Johnny) Gardner; grandson, Johnny Gardner; granddaughter, Jennifer Steirns; great-grandchildren, Scott and Anna Gardner, Courtney, Taylor and Jody Sterins and one great-great grandchild.Visitation will be held at Leak Memory Chapel from 1:00 until 2:00 pm on Friday, September 27. Graveside services will follow at 3:00 pm at Montgomery Memorial Cemetery with Reverend Larry Armstrong officiating. We would like to thank the nurses and CNA’s of hall three east at Crowne Nursing Home for the loving care that they gave to him.
