Goolsby, Frank Clarence, 67 of Pine Level, AL passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2013 in a local hospital. Survivors include his wife, Bettie Houlton Goolsby; three sons, Michael Goolsby (Jeannie), Jeffrey Goolsby (Tracy) and Jonathan Goolsby; one daughter, Sarah Jo Green (James); four grandchildren; one brother, William Goolsby (Debbie); and two sisters. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Reach Out Foundation, P.O. Box 870747, Stone Mountain, GA 30087. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
