Elouise and family, words can not express how saddened I was to hear of Frank's death and how deeply I feel for you in your sorrow. Frank was such a good next door neighbor and friend for over 20 years...he such a great person and a gentleman..after all, who could know a man better than his neighbor?   I will never forget the fun and great conversations we had over those years as he and I did our regular chores and yard work around our homes.  Frank was so very proud of his family and all of their accomplishments which he shared with me so often. Frank will surely be misssed by all his friends as well as each and every one of you.
