Sylvia, please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of Fred - wow! 58 years, but I don't think I've ever been around another couple who seemed so attuned to each other and still in love after such a long time. I have such fond memories of you both. Please know that I will say a prayer for you and your family in coping with this sadness and loss.

Sylvia, I wanted you to know that I was thinking of you at this difficult time in your life. Hope you will remember me from Dr. E. Ward Smith's office all the years that you & Fred were patients of ours. I always enjoyed you two coming in & talking with you & getting to know you better. You will have a hard time adjusting to your new "normal", but your friends and family will be with you through it all. Cheryl Jarrell (longtime front desk person in Dr. Smith's dental office.)

Jimmie & Family

I am saddened to hear of the unexpected loss of your dad. As your former CCV and dear friend my thoughts are with you. You made your dad proud in your distinguished career as I am sure you were so proud of him for being one of our nation's faithful airmen. One can do no more for the love of their dad or a dad for the love of his son then to serve their country.

May you Dad have "Clear Skies and Tail Winds" on his journey to Heaven,

vr

Dearest Sylvia & Family,

I join with so many others who knew Fred in offering our deepest sympathy on his passing. Although it is little consolation at this sad time, it should be of some satisfaction to know that in his passing you can celebrate the end of a very long and productive life.

He was more than just a friend; he was an amazing person. He was always so kind and considerate to us that we always welcomed seeing him at every opportunity.

His passing will not only leave a void in our lives, but in the hearts of everyone who knew him. His memory will always remain deep within my heart.

May you find peace and comfort in knowing that his loss is felt by all who knew and loved him.

In Sympathy,

Richard Williams
