A visitation for Mrs. Henderson will be held Saturday, January 11, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Leak Memory Chapel, 945 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, Alabama 36109, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
Geneva is survived by; daughter Sharon (Kenny) Rooke; and son Ron (Claudia) Henderson as well as 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Lt. Col. B.H. "Hank" Henderson; father G. W. Garner and mother Ethel McCord Garner; brother John Franklin Garner.
A Wetumpka High School cheer leader (class of 1942), she earned her LPN and worked as a nurse/surgical assistant at St. Margaret's Hospital. An Air Force wife, Geneva traveled to Japan and England with her family. She was a beloved member of Dalraida Baptist Church where her life touched the lives of many.
