George K. Beasley, 80, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2014. He was born September 15, 1933 to Guy and Lois Beasley and worked for 35 years with vonGal Corporation. He will be missed by all who knew him. George is survived by his wife Jean Bazzell Beasley; daughter Michelle Beasley Speake (Jimmy); son Van Beasley (Sonya); 3 grandsons: Michael and Seth (Melissa) Speake; Dalton Beasley; 2 great grandchildren: Cameron and Olivia Speake; sister Lois Ruth Rollan and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 pm on Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014 at Leak Memory Chapel. Funeral services will be at 11 am Monday at Leak Memory with Pastor James F. Lester officiating.
