Guy Milburn Snead, age 66, of Prattville, Alabama passed away Friday, March 25, 2011. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 27, 2011 from 5:00 until 7:00 PM at Leak-Memory Chapel. Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 28, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Jefferson Memorial Cemetery and Gardens in Trussville, Alabama with Rev. Lee Bloodworth officiating.
Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Sandy Snead; aunt, Mary Jo Ventress; brother, John Snead; brother-in-law, Rusty Robertson; Niece, Shelley Emerson; nephews, Dan, Tom and Ben Robertson and Robin Snead. He was preceded in death by his parents, Milburn and Lucy Snead, and sister, Bettye Snead Robertson. Guy worked 24 years in the photographic lab of the State Department of Public Safety.
Pallbearers will be Dan Robertson, Rusty Robertson, Tom Robertson, Cory Etter, David Funchess, Brian Jacobson and Ben Robertson.
In Lieu of Flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
