Our hearts go out to the family. Mr. Howard was a wonderful and caring person, always willing to lend a hand. He carried the Capitol Heights Residents to Walmart, Curb Market, May fest and other outings. We thank him for his kindness and generosity . We will miss him dearly. May you find comfort in the beautiful memories and his vibrant sprit to help others.

Greg, Robin and of course my friend Lisa - I have such fond memories of your father from my childhood. I remember him so vividly. I pray for comfort for all of you, especially your mother, during this very difficult time. Hoping your precious memories of him will somehow ease your pain. You are very much in my thoughts and prayers. Sonya

Ms Pat and Mr Howard have been our kind hearted neighbors for 28 years. I will miss Mr Howard's greeting as we would come home in the afternoon "Howdy Neighbor". When he wasn't working for the company or the City he was working around is house, but never to busy not to stop, and give an encouraging word. He is a Veteran and displayed the flag proudly in front of their home and would quickly tell you what this country meant to him. To Ms Pat, the Children and Grandchildren; thank you for sharing Howard with us.
We are better for having known him as our friend. God Bless!

One of the best Uncles ever , all I have are fond memories of him. As a child ever summer I waited to see my Uncle Howard & Aunt Patsy pull in Granny's drive way with Robin , Lisa & Greg. Then My Uncle Ken with Lisa Bug & my Aunt Pauletta with Trena & Rhonda. Our summers were filled with love & the best family ever. He was such a loving man & always so good to all us kids. There was nothing he wouldn't do for anyone including his Country.. Thank You so much for your service Uncle Howard. I Love You so much & you will live on in my Heart Forever until we meet again.. Give Granny & everyone a huge hug & kiss for me.. I know you are rejoicing right now with all our loved ones.. Heaven sure gained one of the best..

Dearest Patsy,
Just heartbroken for you, Greg, Robin, Lisa and all of the family. What a treasure to everyone your Howard was and will continue to be in the lives that were blessed to know him.
Grief is so very personal and there are really no words to express that would remotely come close to how you all must be feeling. I will be praying for God's peace and comfort for all of you.
Much Love from your Louisiana friend,
Pat Anderson
