

Campbell, James Solen, 86, a resident of Eclectic, Alabama, died Friday, April 27th after an extended illness. Visitation will be at Leak Memory Chapel on Monday, April 30th at 1 p.m. with services at 2 p.m. and burial with Military Honors in Greenwood Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 51 years, Mary Jo McFerrin Campbell, brothers Kenneth and Robert Campbell, and parents Charles Howard and Lena Mae Campbell.
Mr. Campbell served in the Army Air Corps during WWII and was a long time member of Memorial Presbyterian Church. He retired from Flav-O-Rich Dairies in Montgomery after a 45 year career. After his retirement he moved to Lake Martin where he enjoyed golf, fishing, boating, and spending time with his ever-growing family who loved to visit him there.
He is survived by his children, Bill Campbell (Linda), Johnny Campbell (Beverly), and Joanne Taylor (Bill); seven grandchildren, Jodi Williams (Jim), Nikki Burg (Trey), Stacy and Tiffany Taylor, Justin, Blake, and Brittany Campbell; and eight great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Kathryn, and Anna Williams, Mary Cam, Stafford, Henry and Harris Burg and Mason Mundy.
