Gloria and Family. I enjoyed serving with Jim at Heritage. He was a good friend and an example to all. He will be missed.

Jimmy and his mother and father were so kind to my mother, my sister and me after my father died when we were young.  He was a true friend and an exceptional man.  I will never forget him.

Jimmy and I shared a corner in history class at Robert E Lee, we ran many a mile together on the Lee track team, we shared a friendship for a brief time, and we shared a similarity in name.  I have thought of him many times in the subsequent years. May his soul rest in God's peace.

Dear Gloria, Beverly, Jim and Amy, husbands and grandchildren, so sorry for your loss but know that there are so many, many others who feel your pain as well. Jim was a great friend and brother in Christ.  A leader and teacher to admire and emulate.  His kind and loving words will go on in our minds and hearts in how to live a dedicated Christian life. Dad, I feel so blessed and proud to have had you as my father.  You raised me to know The Lord, made sure I knew His Word, and lived out His Word for me to see.  You loved my mother and made sure my siblings and I knew that.  You loved me, my sister, and brother and always wanted what was best for us even though we didn't always realize it.  You loved and cared for your parents until their deaths.  You were passionate about your career and loved the people you worked with.  I hope and pray that my children can grow up and live a life that exemplifies Christ like you have.  I love you and will miss you.
