Janette had a fulfilling career as an accountant with the State of Alabama and had a passion for travel and adventure.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William C. and Elise Ryan Cordell; and her brother, William C (Dorothy) Cordell.
She is survived by her brothers, Robert A. (Karen) Cordell of Hope Hull, AL and John C. (Ann) Cordell of Montgomery, AL; and her sisters, Judith (Edward) Paul of Alabaster, AL and Kathy (Steve) Thornton of Charlottesville, VA.
