Joseph A. “Joe” Blankenship, Jr., 80, of Montgomery passed away on Dec. 24, 2012. Joe was a Navy veteran of the Korean War and owned and operated Fishnet Seafoods. Survivors include his children: Janese (Al) Caraway, Andy (Lisa) Blankenship, Allen (Dodie) Blankenship, Jenifer (Paul) Houlton; Sisters: Virginia Noland and Mary Catherine (Jim) Weston; 12 grand-children, 3 great grand-children and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 11 am to 1 pm on Thursday, January 3 at Leak Memory Chapel. Graveside services will follow at 2 pm at Alabama Heritage Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at
