November 6, 2018

I had the honor of working for and with Joe in the 187th Air National Guard for 20 years. Joe was one of the most competent and caring supervisors I have ever worked for. Over the years, I learned to greatly appreciate his low key and steady approach to leadership. His support and mentoring for me, when I became an Avionics supervisor, was all I could have ever asked for and more. I consider him a valued friend as well as colleague. If there are jets in Heaven, I know Joe will keep them running in an exemplary manner. I will always remember Joe for the kind generous person he was. His family will be in our thoughts and prayers.
