Joseph Terry Mishoe

Joseph Terry Mishoe, age 65, passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2021. Loving father and grandfather, known as “Grumps”, he was an outstanding supporter of his grandchildren’s activities, especially their sporting events. He also enjoyed fishing, grilling out on the deck and cheering for the Alabama Crimson Tide!!

Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph & Doris Mishoe and his sister, Kim Barkley. Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Sue Mishoe; son, Joseph Mishoe (Jennifer); daughter, Amy Smith (Rodney); four grandchildren, Katelyn Mishoe, Sara Mishoe, Abigail Smith, Ryan Smith; brother, Steve Mishoe (Kathy); and step-mother, Rachel Sabo Mishoe; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be at 2:00pm on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at Leak Memory Chapel with a graveside service to follow at 3:00pm at Greenwood Serenity Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
