Juanita Webster

Juanita Jones Webster, beloved wife of Thomas Thrower Webster of 61 years. Loving mother to Tom (Kelly) and Robby Webster, went to be with her Lord and savior Jesus Christ on Thursday 3/19/2026 at the wonderful age of 86. Juanita was born on February 26, 1940, in Troy, Alabama. She was a resident of Lowndesboro, Alabama. Mrs. Webster is preceded in death by her grandparents, Edgar and Nettie Ree Tanner; her parents, Thomas Alex and Loutrelle Tanner Jones; and her sister, Mary Elizabeth Jones.

She was known for her kindness, her love for all people, and her devotion to her grandchildren Hunter, Brady and Chasen Webster as well as one great grandson Sawyer Webster. She leaves behind her cousin, Charlene Parton, and many other special family members to cherish her memory. Juanita enjoyed reading books, dancing, being around her family, riding on the boat and watching sunsets. An English and typing teacher, a secretary for a General at Maxwell, she will be remembered for the way she loved so many.

A Family and Friends Visitation will be held at Lowndesboro Methodist Church, S. Broad Street, Lowndesboro, AL, on March 24, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm followed by A Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow in Oakview Cemetery, 33 N. Broad St., Lowndesboro, AL.
