Born on January 7, 1938, in Ensley, Alabama, she was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, Bobby Foster; sons Trent (Cathy), Steve (Joy), Greg (Angie), and Scott; thirteen grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Katherine was a longtime member of Trinity Presbyterian Church and spent over 20 years serving as Director of Child Evangelism Fellowship, sharing her deep faith and love for children through outreach and education. She will be remembered for her compassion, dedication, and quiet strength.
A friends and family visitation for Katherine will be held Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 1728 S. Hull St., Montgomery, AL 36104 followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the English as a Second Language program at First Baptist Church of Montgomery.
