peacefully on June 23, 2013, following a lengthy illness. Kitty was a registered nurse, employed
at St. Margaret’s Hospital, and other medical facilities.
Kitty was born July 29, 1924, to William Cochran and Dolly Hardin Cochran. She was
preceded in death by her husband, Owen Freeman Gillion, and a daughter, Mary Gillion
Calloway. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Ann Gillion, of Montgomery, and a niece,
Kathleen Sneed Farley, of Montgomery, nephew, Michael Gillion and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 28, 2013, at Leak Memory Chapel, 945 Lincoln
Road, Montgomery, AL 36109, with visitation at 2:00 p. m., and funeral services at 3:00 p.m.
