He was preceded in death by his father, Jerald Kendrick Young; and his son, Zachary Lane Young.
Survivors include his mother, Gaynell Holladay Young; brother, Gabruce Alan (Tammy Boggs) Young; niece and nephew, Ally Mackenzie Young, and Nicolas Alan Young; former spouse, Debbie Wright Young; step-daughters, Lauren Brown (Allen) Pitts, Jennifer Brown (Charles J.) Reynolds; and grandson, Charles Barron Reynolds.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, January 29, 2016 at Leak Memory Chapel with Reverend Bobby Holladay officiating. The burial will be held at Greenwood Serenity Cemetery. The visitation will be held from 12-2:00 PM prior to the service. Leak Memory Chapel is directing.
