Brooke Langley Ingram(47) (formerly Brooke Grobe) of Montgomery, AL died Monday, August 13th, 2018 in Jackson Hospital, in Montgomery, AL. Brooke was born May 22, 1971 in Montgomery, AL where she lived for 35 years until she moved to Spanish Fort, AL only to come back and spend her last remaining two years in her hometown. Mrs. Ingram was a small business owner in Daphne, AL and an Interior Designer for most of her life. She enjoyed doing any craft project she could find, putting together puzzles, couponing, shopping, organizing everything, and making the best martinis for her friends and family. Brooke always looked like a million bucks, even going to Wal-Mart! She struggled with heart problems her entire life, her first heart surgery being when she was 13 months old and 3 more in her last 5 years. Her heart was weak, but her love for her family and friends was strong. Brooke died peacefully surrounded by family and friends due to complications with her heart. Brooke was survived by her husband, Bret Ingram of Montgomery, AL; children, Lauren Grobe of Fairhope, AL, Austin Grobe of Spanish Fort, AL, and Haley Ingram of Montgomery, AL; mother, Dawn Wilson of Montgomery, AL; father, Rick Wilson of Montgomery, AL; mother-in-law, Delorias Ingram; aunt, Skye Thompson(Drew) of Shorter, AL; 2 dog children and 2 grand dogs who she loved dearly. Brooke was preceded in Death by her maternal grandfather, Bob Boutwell; maternal grandmother, Margaret Boutwell; and father-in-law, Wilburn Ingram. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, August 17th, 2018 at Frazer United Methodist Church. Visitation will be at 1pm with a service at 2pm. There will be burial to follow in Flomaton, AL at The Boutwell-Lambeth Cemetery around 5pm. We ask that guests please wear whatever color they feel comfortable wearing, her favorite color was pink!
