Lisa Hyde Waite went home to be with her Lord on March 8, 2017. She is survived by her parents; Clayton and Christine Hyde, her brothers; David and Jeffrey Hyde, her husband; Russell F. Waite Jr., her sons; Matthew and Steven Waite (Amanda Cole) and (soon to arrive) Bailey Waite. She will be missed by a host of friends as well as nieces and nephews.
She was a dispatcher for the Montgomery Police Department for 21 years before retiring. She loved traveling and taking pictures of most anything. She especially loved her boys but loved all who came into her presence. Her contagious enthusiasm and love for life were a blessing to all.
Visitation will be held in the chapel of White Chapel-Greenwood Funeral Home on Sunday, March 12 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. A Celebration of Life service will begin at 10:00 am on Monday morning (3/13) at White Chapel with a graveside to follow at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Pea Ridge, Alabama. at 2:00pm.
