Lucile F Stearns

STEARNS, Lucile F., a resident of Nolensville, TN., passed away on February 25, 2012. She was a wonderful, caring, giving, and loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend to all. Mrs. Stearns was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas "Harry" Stearns. Survivors include her son, Thomas H. Stearns (Marida Stearns) of Nolensville, TN; five grandchildren, Jennifer Stearns Alvis, Patrick Stearns, Lee Standish, Heather Rosenberry and Eric Standish; eight great-grandchildren, Bailey, Emilie, Avery, Kayley, Karlie, Barrett, Hudson, and Maggie. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at Leak Memory Chapel at 12:00 pm with Rev. James Dannley officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service. Mrs. Stearns had been an active member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church for many years. Pallbearers will be Brad Stearns, Ed Ziemniak, Brit Stearns, Stephen Moseley, Jonathan Thornton, and Glenn Casey. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Aldersgate United Methodist Church of Montgomery, AL or 1st United Methodist Church of Nolensville, TN.
