Mack Albert Cox

Mack Albert Cox, age 86, of Elmore, Alabama passed away in his home on Sunday, March 17, 2024. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, father-in-law, brother-in-law, and friend but his proudest role was PawPaw to five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He spent much time working in the yard and always had multiple on-going projects. He loved time around the grill and provided many delicious meals.

Mack was preceded in death by his parents, Cary and Lillian Cox and his sister Elnora Easterling. He is survived and missed by his loving wife, Angeline of 66 years; two children, Nancy (Russell) Miller; Cary (Lauri) Cox; five grandchildren, Brian (Paige) Miller; Kayla (Trevor) Tyre; Jordan (Zane) Kelly; Bethany (Tanner) Hicks; and Victoria Miller; seven great grand-children, Parks Miller, Anderson Miller, Haylen Tyre, Baylor Tyre, Charlotte Kelly, Silas Kelly, and Harper Hicks; two sisters, Peggy (Bo) Parker, and Ruth Craft; numerous extended family members and friends.

A family and friends' visitation for Mack will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Leak Memory Chapel, 945 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, Alabama 36109. Following the family and friends' visitation, there will be a celebration of life graveside service at 2:00 PM at Greenwood Serenity Memorial Gardens, 909 Lincoln Rd, Montgomery, Alabama 36109.
